New Support Service Launched
We have launched a client support website.
This enables our clients to login to to their own dedicated area and submit requests 24hours a day.
These requests are then handled by the team, prioritised and despatched.
This is designed to speed up the response time in dealing with requests from the point of receipt.
Clients automatically receive a confirmation email of requests sent and are also be able to login to the website to view the status of existing and historic requests.
Clients receive a confirmation that the request has been carried out on completion.

We are currently upgrading all the servers to the next generation server model and to provide even greater stability and reliability of service including spam filtering software, anti virus and daily backup facilities.
